Background: It is rumored that Scotch's family was slaughtered by a criminal cartel that has yet to be brought to justice.  This may be an explanation for the rough, and
sometimes savage, tactics he uses when tracking his prey.  He is relentless, and
hunts down criminals with an almost religious fervor.  He shows little remorse
when on the job; to him, the ends justify the means.  While he is not a
sociopath, he is not likely to win any congeniality awards anytime soon.  He is
a skilled tracker, and he has caught criminals that others stopped hunting for
when they lost the trail.  His Peacekeeper, which he affectionately refers to as
"Grief", is designed to assist him in hunting and stopping criminals of all
types.
